Eschewing butter and sugar in favour of olive oil, vegetable and fruit juices, our dining experience boasts maximum taste with minimum fuss. But why listen to us describe the food, when you could come down and try it for yourself? As the saying goes: the proof is in the pudding (and the Annagassan smoked salmon; the breast of duck roasted with figs, black pepper and honey; the orchard apple tart tatin...)

Non-Members are welcome in Restaurant FortyOne  for both lunch and dinner, while members receive 10% discount. Can't say fairer than that.
